Official IRS forms, filled without your TIN ever leaving this tab

W-9 and 1099-NEC with guided fields and validation. Everything runs in your browser — no account, no upload, no e-file.

– –

The official IRS W-9 (Rev. March 2024) is loaded once and filled locally. Sign by hand after printing.

How it works

  1. Fill the guided fields — TIN formats are validated before anything happens.
  2. Click download — the official blank form loads once, your entries are applied locally by an in-browser PDF library, and the filled file is saved to your device.
  3. Print and deliver per IRS rules — W-9 goes to the requester; 1099-NEC Copy A to the IRS (paper rules apply), Copy B to the recipient, Copy 1 to the state if required.

Why fill it here instead of an online "generator"?

  • Your TIN is the crown jewels — W-9s and 1099s carry SSNs and EINs. Most online tools submit them to a server first. Here the form never leaves your device: the PDF is patched in memory and saved locally.
  • Official forms, not replicas — your data goes into the real IRS form fields, not a lookalike.
  • No account — no email gate, no "create an account to download".
  • Honest about scope — this is a fill-and-print tool, not an e-file service.

FAQ

Is my SSN or EIN uploaded anywhere?

No. Filling happens entirely in your browser. The blank official PDF is fetched once; your entries and the generated file never touch a server. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it will still work.

Are these the official IRS forms?

Yes — the current official W-9 (Rev. March 2024) and 1099-NEC (Rev. December 2026) PDFs from irs.gov, with entries applied to their real form fields.

Does this e-file with the IRS?

No. TaxFormFill prepares print-and-mail copies. If you file 10+ information returns, the IRS generally requires e-filing through an authorized provider (see irs.gov/FIRE).

Why is the W-9 not signed?

The IRS still requires a handwritten or electronic signature under penalty of perjury — sign after printing. The certification date line is left for you to date when you sign.

What is Box 1c TTOC?

On the December 2026 revision of the 1099-NEC, boxes 1b–1d report cash tips, Tip/Training/Overtime Compensation (TTOC) and overtime pay under the federal no-tax-on-tips/overtime provisions. Most contractors leave them blank — they only apply if those amounts were paid.
